About This Project
Newpoint concrete roof tile in the Saxony Country Slate profile gives this home the clean, flat-lay texture of natural slate without the weight or fragility of quarried stone. The Bronze Pearl Blend colorway combines warm bronze and soft pearl tones across each tile, creating subtle variation across the field instead of a flat, uniform color.
Concrete tile is one of the most durable roofing materials available when it's installed correctly. For this project our crew prepared the deck, installed a full tile-rated synthetic underlayment system, set all batten and counter-batten strips, properly flashed the skylight curbs and penetrations, and completed the tile installation across every valley, hip, and ridge — including the octagonal turret feature.
