About These Projects

What an Insurance
Claim Roof Looks Like

Every project above started the same way: a homeowner noticed something might be wrong after a windstorm, or simply wanted a professional opinion on their roof's condition. From there, our crew performed a full inspection, photographed every area of visible damage, and put together a clear, detailed estimate the homeowner could submit to their insurance company.

Coverage, deductibles, and claim approval are always determined by the insurance company and the homeowner's policy — not by us. Once a claim is approved, we complete the roof replacement from the insurer's approved scope of work, using quality materials and clean, professional workmanship from tear-off to final inspection.

What Was Included

Free roof inspection

A full check of shingles, flashing, penetrations, ridges, and valleys for wind and storm damage

Detailed photo documentation

Clear photos of every missing, lifted, cracked, or damaged area for the claim file

Insurance-ready estimate

A detailed roofing estimate covering labor, materials, tear-off, underlayment, and flashing

On-site adjuster meeting

When requested, we meet the insurance adjuster on the roof to point out visible damage

Replacement from the approved scope

Once the claim is approved, we complete the roof from the insurer's approved scope of work

Blue Sky Roofing Group is a licensed roofing contractor, not a public insurance adjuster. We do not negotiate insurance claims, interpret policy coverage, or guarantee claim approval — coverage is determined solely by your insurance company and policy.
